Tootsie and Thalia have never been shy.

Even as tiny kittens, when they were so small that they barely could climb up and down the stairs, they would meow and make their desire known to be at least heard. Their volume was not commensurate to their size.

Still today, they make themselves loudly heard. Tootsie being the smallest is the loudest.

Far from annoying me, I acknowledge Tootsie’s and Thalia’s ability to make their desires known. I may not always understand them but they definitely communicate in their way.

In comparison, Bosco is diffident and holds back more. He chirps rather than meows. Our mutual communication still needs work.

I suspect that the communication between the two sisters and Bosco still could use improvement.
